I hate my little ponies!

Firstly they are plastic!

Secondly I trod on the blasted plastic hairbrush and the spikes lodged in the sole of my foot! One of the Tots needed to take the hairbrush to the bathroom apparently. Lot's of rude words.

Which brings me to the point of this post.

It is Tot 2's 4th birthday today and I am so pleased with our choice of present; A wooden doll house. All of the Tots love it and there isn't a scrap of plastic in or around it. We will be making more choices like this in the future.

Now for some pic's from yesterday's harvest;

A few broad beans and some sticks of kale

Some of my potatoes (drying them off before storing them)

Amen to the MLP's (and all their flipping 80's flashback friends). I am blessed to have a FIL who is a carpenter and he built the girls a dolls house some time ago - it is fabulous! Happy birthday to Tot 2!!

lovely taties!

I've bought and hid a wooden pirate ship for bublet's 2nd birthday next month. I'm hoping it will be one of numerous non-plastic presents. Of course I'm kidding myself but you've got to have hope...

Happy birthday! . Now if tomorrow is birthday/party day ignore this, but if you aren't doing anything, 'A garden Path' that famour garden in Bedfordale owned by Carolyn LaGrange, is open tomorrow from 10am - 4.30 pm as part of the Open garden scheme. $10.00 adults , no charge for kids.

Address is 16 Nelson St Bedfordale
UBD 393:G14
They're running talks and demos and the kids can feed the animals (I think that means ducks and chooks mostly)

oooh eyeing off your harvest... nice work! And yay for wooden toys and 'oh I know that one' to stepping on things that aren't where you think they'll be... it's usually stray Lego here!
Hope the Celebration went well

Warm Sunny Regards
Kristy
