Well I made up the batch of dough from 'Artisan Bread in five minutes' and about half an hour ago I cut off a piece to make the tots a cheese pizza for their dinner.
OMG! I have never had a pizza dough turn out so perfect! That is one bloody gourmet crust if I ever saw it!
The Husband and I will have our pizza later; caramelised onion, mushroom and cheese; drooool!
Can't wait until the morning to bake my first loaf from the batch :)

YEAH baby Isn’t the dough good?! I haven’t tried it as pizza dough yet though, guess what’s for dinner tomorrow night LOL.
