Must have been something in the air! Even I pottered in the kitchen today (not my favourite place!). We trialled a bean stroganof tonight, with vegetarian empanadas and salad.
If you’ve never tried the bean stroganof I’ll post the recipe Crone. It’s vegetarian and delicious!

i WANTED to make those chickpeas, but stupid me soaked the bought roast chickpeas instead of the dried ones, aaagh!

Argh, those chickpeas are more-ish!! I have a savoury tooth and they disappeared faster then a packet of chips. Hope you enjoyed your lemon tart
