Good thought, Teen! Actually that reminds me of this dip I had last summer - rocket with cashew nuts and parmesan - delicious! Reckon you could do something similar with nasturtium leaves . . . xx
Nasturtiums.....I have them growing everywhere this year, purely because they are easy and cover a lot of awkward gardening places.Have eaten them in salad, never made the wasabi connection.....interesting.
